Polyneon is a polyester embroidery thread that holds a special position among all yarns, thanks to its versatile properties. It is a high-quality yarn with extremely high tear and abrasion resistance and very good processing characteristics.
Polyneon receives a special dyeing in the high-tech dyeing factory in Freiburg, Germany. This dye grants Polyneon absolute color fastness and also chlorine and bleaching resistance. Intense washing at up to 95°C (203°F), chlorine bleaching and stone washing do not compromise the thread’s color intensity.
This yarn resists extreme demands and is therefore ideally suited for highly strained textiles, such as workwear, children’s clothing, sportswear, denim, and leather. Polyneon guarantees optimal processing characteristics on all sewing and embroidery machines.
